Doyle F. Williams, CPA
President

Prior to developing his management consulting firm in 1988, Mr. Williams was employed for 16 years with the international accounting and consulting firms of Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Mr. Williams was charged with health care management consulting responsibilities as manager and director, respectively, in feasibility studies, certificates of need and strategic planning.

With a BS in Business (cum laude) from the University of South Carolina, Columbia. Mr. Williams has provided professional services for over 35 years.

Over the years, Mr. Williams has worked with most of the larger Carolinas’ hospitals and their multi-corporate structures in a planning capacity; with nearly 50 hospitals with less than 150 beds on various assignments ranging from opening a hospital to recommending that a facility be closed; and with physician practices in developing their markets and expanding facilities, equipment and services.  In 1992, Mr. Williams was associated with one of the “Turn-Around Hospitals” recognized by the AHA in its July publication of Hospitals.
