Company Profile
Carolinas Strategic Health Services Corporation (CSHSC) was Incorporated in January, 1988, specializing in health care planning.

The genesis of CSHSC is certificate of need (CON) development and approval in North and South Carolina.  CSHSC has assisted in 153 Certificate of Need Applications with only 6 denials (non-contested).The company president has conducted 75 financial feasibility studies that involved $2.1 billion of financing for health care projects.  Strategic planning, regulatory advisory, litigation support, productivity assessments and financial analyses are among CSHSC’s capabilities.

CSHSC works closely with the North Carolina Division of Facility Services
and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control for timely CON approvals.
